Client welcome packets for photographers

new client welcome packets

At the beginning of each year, I refresh my welcome packets for wedding and portrait clients. I like to make sure things are updated and ready for springtime which is when inquiries really start to pick up. No matter who your clients are, a welcome packet is so important. It manages your client’s expectations, helps them get to know you better and is such a great way to showcase what you have to offer. These are my favorite online stores for welcome packet templates for any genre.

1. Magazine Mama

Not only do I love how many welcome packet genres are available at Magazine Mama, I love the modern designs too. There are multiple options for portrait, wedding, maternity, lifestyle, pet, and food photography, plus so much more. They are beautifully designed to fit with most any photographer’s branding style. If you have been looking for a welcome packet that fits perfectly with your specific genre and branding style, this is a great resource. Starting at $59

2. Galler.ee Welcome Magazines

This is another great place for portrait, senior, wedding, boudoir, and newborn welcome magazine templates. I love how unique each design is and how they are typically available in an 8.5 x 11-inch format. That makes them so easy to print and I love the extra space to display your images. Starting at $70

3. Design Aglow Welcome Packets

Whether you are looking for a welcome packet for weddings, portraits, seniors, newborns or boudoir, Design Aglow has it. Known for their beautiful, clean and modern templates, you can’t go wrong with any of their designs. The templates can be used to print or to create an online packet perfect for your client. The InDesign files are included along with the .psd files which make it even easier to drag and drop your photos into the design. Starting at $115
